Rules and procedure

Before you submit your artwork ,please read and follow the rules below.

General rules

• Every visitor or member of the community is invited to participate.
• Every design must be submited as a new thread - do not wrap multiple logos into one thread!
• If possible, add comments/explanations to your design
• Never submit archives (zip, rar, 7zip etc.) - Attach the image directly
• Threads or posts that contain archives will be deleted
• Threads or posts that have nothing to do with the contest will be deleted
• Please respect other people's work. Not everyone is a graphical genius 

Additional rules for the logo/Style guide

• The main colors of the logo must be charcoil(#666666) and darkgreen(#339900)
• All your submitted artwork must be original - do not submit a pre-existing design
• Your design must not resemble an exisiting design or produce trademark problems
• By entering a logo design you agree to transfer the copyright on the design to Project Fork, should your design win.

Dates and procedure

Friday, 4th May
The closing date for entries/suggestions. No further proposals will be accepted past this point
We will then review all logos and choose the 5 finalists among them.

Sunday, 6th May:
We will announce the finalists on the homepage and everyone can vote for one of the 5 logos.

Saturday, 12th May
The votings closing date.

Sunday, 13th May
The winner will be offically announced on the homepage.
